Humboldt, Iowa — UnityPoint at Home will be moving to the building formerly occupied by Hy-Vee Drugtown at 214 S. 25th Street in Fort Dodge.
The move will allow UnityPoint at Home to consolidate much of its operations in one location while also providing high visibility for the organization and great opportunities for family members and patients.
The new location will provide home nursing care, rehabilitation therapy, respiratory therapy, infusion therapy, home hospice care and home medical equipment.
Executive Director of Operations Jennifer Crimmins says “our home care, hospice and home equipment services are in demand and our new location will support continued growth.”
