Bancroft, Iowa — The Wranglers Grace Café has received word that they’ve made the top ten for the 2018 Best Burger Contest in Iowa. Owner Elaine Edwardson was overcome with emotions when she found out they made the top 10 list.
Elaine went on to say that “When I found out I was chosen. I was shocked and overwhelmed, but it was also extremely humbling to be named in the top 10 out of 700.”
Even though the announcement was just released they’ve definitely noticed an increase of customers to the Café. One couple came all the way from Garner just to taste The Burger. A secret panel of judges will be back sometime from now till May 1st to go through a final taste test. The announcement of Iowa’s Best Burger will be announced on May 1st to coincide with Beef Month.
