Humboldt, Iowa — The Humboldt County Sheriff’s says no one was injured following a single accident near Penn Avenue last week.
Authorities say a 16-year old minor was driving north near P59 and Penn Avenue when the minor swerved to avoid an animal.
The vehicle drove left over the center line and left the roadway, according to police.
The minor struck the west ditch bank with the front drivers side.
The Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office says the person was charged with Failure to Maintain Control and Violating Conditions of a Restricted License.
