Humboldt, Iowa — The Humboldt County Board of Supervisors approved the hire of Cory Lampe as Chief Deputy for the Sheriff’s Office at their meeting on Monday.
Lampe’s hiring will be effective retroactive to February 13, 2018 at the rate of 85% of the Sheriff’s Salary.
In a corresponding move, the Board also approved the hire of Andrew Shillington as a Deputy Sheriff.
Both hiring’s were met with unanimous approval by the Board.
