Humboldt, IA — Tonight, it’s going to be a cold one for Senior Night at Mason Maach Field as the Humboldt Wildcats take on Webster City at 7:30.

Humboldt lost a close one last week against #5 Dallas Center Grimes 17-12 as Jamison Heinz ran for over 200 yards and scored both of Humboldt’s touchdowns.

Webster City is still eyeing a chance at the district crown as they sit at 4-2 and 1-1 in district play after getting their first win last week at Perry 50-13.

The Lynx lone district loss came in Week 5 against Carroll 28-13 so they need a clean sweep to end the season in order to have a chance at the district title.

Webster City features star running backs Trey Mathis who has 17 touchdowns on the season and Garrett Whitmore who both are on pace for 1,000 yard seasons.

It’s 1-5 Humboldt against 4-2 Webster City tonight at Mason Maach Field for Senior Night with pregame at 7 and kickoff at 7:30 right here on KHBT.
