Funeral Services for LaVon Lewellen will be 11:00 am on Saturday, September 16 at the Faith United Methodist Church in Humboldt.
The Mason-Lindhart Funeral Home is assisting the family.
Visitation will be from 9:30 to 11:00 am on Saturday at the church.
