Humboldt, Iowa — The Humboldt City Council, who last week announced there will be no make-up burn date, announced that junk and brush pick-up will begin next Monday.
City Administrator Travis Goedken did say that he expects the ground to be wet despite the warmer temperatures, but adds that it won’t affect pick-up too much.
There had been some discussion from city officials to potentially move the dates back, however Goedken informed he wanted the items picked up before Mother’s Day.
