Humboldt, Iowa — Kiddie Cats Daycare has begun searching for it’s first director, as the operation nears opening this summer.
Supervisors Carl Mattes, who also serves on the Daycare Board mentioned this at Monday’s Humboldt County Board of Supervisors meeting.
Mattes explained that the board has had thirteen total applicants and of those thirteen the Daycare Board has interviewed four, with no decisions being formal yet.
He also said that they are mining for qualities that include administration, budgeting and other business-related avenues in accordance with the empathy for daycare.
Mattes said they are looking to have the position hired by June 1st.
