Humboldt, Iowa — Kiddie Cats Daycare and Learning Center is entering their final stages of completion.

The daycare center is set to hold a public open house on Thursday, June 21st from 4-7 p.m.

According to their official site, the opening date is June 25th. Their hours will be from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

At a previous Lunch and Learn, Humboldt Economic Development Coordinator and Mayor Dan Scholl explained that the center will have a capacity of 107 and more.

O’Connor had hoped for a mid-August opening at prior Humboldt County Supervisor meetings, so the group is ahead of schedule by a large margin.

According to their site, they are also seeking volunteers this weekend for assembly help, from 9-5:00 p.m. at the center on Saturday.

Interested persons should show up directly at the center, those with questions should contact Alissa O’Connor at Humboldt City Hall.
