Humboldt, Iowa — The Humboldt Community School Board has agreed in salary adjustments for both retired and substitute teachers at their meeting on Monday.
In previous years, substitutes and retired teachers were making $115 per day and $117 per day, respectively.
Under the new salary guidelines, however, sub teacher pay will increase to $125 and retired teachers of the district will see theirs increase to $127 per day.
The motion was carried unanimously.
