Humboldt, Iowa — There will be a test tornado watch that goes out this morning at 10:00 a.m. and then the test tornado warning will go out at 10:15 a.m.
This is the time for people to practice their response to specifically in this case, tornadoes.
Storm sirens will be set off at 10:15 a.m.
If you notice a siren not working, please call the Humboldt Law Enforcement Center and report it.
