Minor Injuries After Car Accident This Weekend

Humboldt, Iowa — Minor injuries  reported after a multiple car-collision this weekend in Humboldt.

Angela Bradwell, 33, of Humboldt, was stopped facing southbound on US 169, waiting to turn onto 3rd Avenue North, when two cars collided with each other; in turn causing damage to Bradwell’s vehicle and another car.

Brian Bartelt, of Titonka, Iowa, and Malkiat Grewal, of Sparks, Nevada, were traveling northbound on 169 when they merged into each other. Bartelt was uninjured, however Grewal had minor injuries and was transported to Humboldt County Memorial Hospital.

According to a police report from the Humboldt County Sheriff’s department, the fourth vehicle involved in the accident was a pick-up truck driven by Bradley Brodale, 40, of Humboldt. Brodale was southbound on 169 when he veered off-road to avoid crashing into the other vehicles.
