Dakota City, Iowa — Humboldt County Engineer Ben Loots and the Board of Supervisors approved a quote Monday for traffic pavement markings.
The quote approved comes from Vogel Traffic Services of Orange City, Iowa.
The approved quote comes in at $13.90/gallon, which is up .20 cents a gallon from last year to this year, but it’s still cheaper than previous years, as well.
According to Loots, the time frame remains similar, believing that the project should be handled by the end of July or beginning of August, this summer.
The motion was passed unanimously.
