Camry goes airborne, rolls multiple times in Sunday morning accident

Humboldt County, IA – No injuries reported after sedan goes airborne and rolls multiple times in a single car accident.

Deputy Kenneth Vorland of the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Sunday, April 5, Joey Gill, 36, of Duncombe was traveling north on Utah Avenue when his blue Toyota Camry went off road into the west side ditch. Gill proceeded to travel north in the ditch, struck a field drive and went air born, proceeded to roll three to four times and came to a stop on the vehicle’s hood.

The incident resulted in severe damages to Gill’s Camry. Gill did not report injury to Deputy Vorland at the time of the incident. Gill was cited for not having a valid driver’s license and failure to maintain control.
