Humboldt, IA – The 4th annual Veterans Appreciation Non Profit Event Concert is coming up Saturday, August 7th at lower Joe Sheldon Park in Humboldt, featuring national recording artist Kristen Kelly. Dwight Lindquist an organizer and promoter for the event and says that he’s been trying to bring Kristen Kelly to Humboldt since 2016 and that this is this the perfect time to bring her in.
Gates open at 4:30 pm and military ceremony is at 6 pm. Price for tickets are $10 at the gate for non veteran guests. The VFW in Dakota City will also be running a beer garden at the event.
