Humboldt, IA -At Monday Humboldt City Council Meeting, the Council unanimously approved a task order from Fox Engineering for the raw pumping and nutrient removal project for the Humboldt Wastewater Treatment Plant. Jennifer Ruddy is a Waste Water Engineer for Fox Engineering and she explained the project.
Ruddy says that the company is now starting the design for the project and that the plan is to bid the project in March of 2022. The estimated completion of the project is fall of 2023.
