Fort Dodge, IA – UnityPoint Health made a big announcement on Thursday. Shannon McQuillen is the Vice President of People Excellence at UnityPoint Health in Fort Dodge and she has more information on the announcement.
McQuillen says the decision was made in the best interest of UnityPoint Health patients and employees alike.
Team members who choose not to become vaccinated will be subject to voluntary resignation or termination.
