Humb0ldt, IA – Humboldt County Memorial Hospital has been named a 2021 Top Workplace in Iowa in Iowa Top Workplaces. The list was announced in a special addition of the Des Moines Register on Sunday. The award was given in the category of top workplace for a company size of 105-444 people. The award is based on feedback HCMH staff offered through an employee survey from February.
HCMH CEO Michelle Sleiter said in written statement on Monday, “Being named a top workplace is a big deal, only 130 companies made this years list. we are honored especially because the judges were our employees. We want to thank our care team for all they do, especially during the hardest times in our careers.”
More than 200 employees participated in the employee survey, and Sleiter thanked them for their honest input and comments.
