Waverly, IA -The Humboldt Wildcats volleyball season ended Tuesday with a 3-0 loss at Waverly-Shell Rock in the 4A Region 6 Championship game.
The Wildcats played the Go-Hawks close in the first two sets, dropping them both 25-21 before Waverly Shell-Rock pulled away and won the 3rd set 25-16.
Humboldt finishes the season 29-7 while Waverly Shell Rock improves to 42-7.
