Vincent, IA – A Webster County man has passed away after a rollover crash in rural Webster County on Monday afternoon. The Iowa State Patrol reports the incident occurred at 5:30 pm Monday when 45-year-old Arthur Loyd of Vincent lost control of the 1998 Dodge Pickup he was driving eastbound on 140th St, entered the north ditch, regained control of the vehicle, lost it again and entered the south ditch. The accident report indicates that the pickup rolled over and came to rest upside down, trapping Loyd in the vehicle.Loyd was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
