Humboldt, IA -The Humboldt Public Library has currently has an early childhood reading program at the Library. Julie Larson is the Assistant Director and Children’s Librarian at the Humboldt Library and has more on the program called Story Time.
Larson describes the benefits of Story Time for young children.
