Algona, IA – A West Bend man is in custody facing burglary charges. The Algona Police Department reports that 19 year old Chad Van Dusen was arrested on Thursday on a Kossuth County warrant and charged with 3rd degree burglary, a Class D Felony.
The charges stem from an alleged incident on January 5th, but no information on the incident is available.
Van Dusen was taken to the Kossuth County Jail where he awaits his initial court appearance on Februrary 7th in Kossuth County District Court.
