Humboldt nursing home faces fines

Humboldt, IA – A nursing home in Humboldt is reportedly facing fines for various infractions. The Iowa Capital Dispatch reports that QHC Humboldt North faces $4,750 in fines for vermin infestation, insufficient staffing and injuries to a resident.
