Merlin Louis Fort, 92, of Dakota City, Iowa died Friday, February 11th, 2022 at the Humboldt Care Center South inHumboldt, Iowa. Per his wishes his body will be cremated. Inurnment with full military honors will be held at the Indian Mound Cemetary in Humboldt at a later date. Arrangements are with Historic Bruce Funeral Home of Fort Dodge.
