HUMBOLDT, IA -The 10th Meals from the Heartland event in Humboldt County will be held on Friday, March 18th for students and Saturday March 19th for the community at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall. Allen Goche is an organizer for the event and says 485 students from St Mary’s and the Humboldt Middle School will volunteer at the event on Friday March 18th to package meals.
Goche has more on the event on Saturday the 19th.
Goche says the community has been tremendous in their support for Meals from the Heartland.
