Des Moines, IA – The Humboldt Wildcats Boys’ Track team was in Des Moines for the third and final day of the 2022 Iowa High School Track & Field Championships on the campus of Drake University today.
The results from Day 3 for the Wildcats are as follows:
SATURDAY
Boys’ 800 Meter Run
Trevor Jacobson (Sr.) – 15th (2:02.29) *(PR)*
Boys’ 4 x 110 Meter Shuttle Hurdle (FINAL)
Jordan Coon (Sr.), Corey Dettman (So.), Keegan Groat (Fr.), Caden Matson (Sr.) – 3rd (1:01.01) *(Season Best)*
The Wildcats’ finished up their boys’ and girls’ track and field season with the 2022 Iowa High School State Championships. The Humboldt Boys 4 x 110 Meter Shuttle Hurdle team had the Wildcats’ best finish in an event, placing third in the event finals.
