Titonka man arrested on narcotics and firearms charges

Titonka, IA – A Titonka man has been arrested and charged on an arrest warrant for narcotics and firearms. The Kossuth County Sheriff’s office shared the following press release on the arrest of 55-year-old Eric Johnson of Titonka:

“The Kossuth County Sheriff’s Office executed a valid search warrant on June 30, 2022 at 348 Ripley Street in Titonka for narcotics and firearms. Deputies arrested and charged Eric Johnson, age 55, with the following charges:

  • Felon in possession of a firearm (Class D Felony)
  • Possession with intent to deliver (Class D Felony)
  • Failure to affix drug tax stamp (Class D Felony)
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia (simple misdemeanor)

Johnson was booked into the Kossuth County Jail. All persons charged are presumed innocent until proven or found guilty by a court of law.”
