Arrest warrants issued for shooting in Fort Dodge

Fort Dodge, IA – Arrest warrants have been issued by the Fort Dodge Police Department for three teenagers involved in the shooting of a 26-year-old woman from July 26.

17-year-old Jamarrion Davis, 17-year-old Patrick Walker and 16-year-old Javen Preston are all wanted by the Fort Dodge Police Department and will be charged as adults due to the serious nature of the charges.  All three are considered to be armed and dangerous. The Fort Dodge Police Department urges anyone who may have information on the individuals to contact law enforcement. Webster County Crime Stoppers is offering a $500 reward to anyone with information on the offenders that leads to their arrest.

The Fort Dodge Police Department’s full press release is below:

“Following this incident, the Fort Dodge Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division along with the Division of Criminal Investigation, the Webster County Attorney’s Office and Webster County Sheriffs continued to track down leads and gather information. As a result of the investigation multiple search warrants were conducted in the 600 Block of N 22nd St as well as another in the 600 Block 8th Ave N with the assistance of the Special Emergency Response Team (SERT) and the Iowa State Patrol Tactical Team.

As a result of the ongoing investigation, arrest warrants have been issued for the three juveniles listed below. The charges include one or more forcible felonies which has resulted in the juveniles being charged as adults. The charges are as follows.

Jamarrion J. Davis (AKA J.J.)

  • Intimidation with a Dangerous Weapon (C Felony)
  • Going Armed with Intent (D Felony)
  • Willful Injury (C Felony)
  • Criminal Gang Participation (D Felony)
  • Minor Armed with a Dangerous Weapon (Serious Misdemeanor)

Mr. Davis is described as being 17 years of age, 5’8” tall, and weighing 115 pounds. Mr. Davis should be considered armed and dangerous. If anyone knows the whereabouts of Mr. Davis, they are encouraged to contact law enforcement immediately.

Patrick E. Walker (AKA Mo Mo)

  • Intimidation with a Dangerous Weapon (C Felony)
  • Going Armed with Intent (D Felony)
  • Willful Injury (C Felony)
  • Criminal Gang Participation (D Felony)
  • Minor Armed with a Dangerous Weapon (Serious Misdemeanor)
  • Possession of a Firearm as a Felon (D Felony)

Mr. Walker is described as being 17 years of age, 6’2” tall, and weighing 205 pounds. Mr. Walker should be considered armed and dangerous. If anyone knows the whereabouts of Mr. Walker, they are encouraged to contact law enforcement immediately.

Javen C. Preston (AKA Dun Dotta)

  • Intimidation with a Dangerous Weapon (C Felony)
  • Going Armed with Intent (D Felony)
  • Willful Injury (C Felony)
  • Criminal Gang Participation (D Felony)
  • Minor Armed with a Dangerous Weapon (Serious Misdemeanor)

Mr. Preston is described as being 16 years of age, 5’2” tall, and weighing 116 pounds. Mr. Preston should be considered armed and dangerous. If anyone knows the whereabouts of Mr. Preston, they are encouraged to contact law enforcement immediately.

As part of this investigation, Webster County Crime Stoppers is offering a $500 reward to anyone with information which leads to the arrest of these offenders.
