City of Fort Dodge to push back Kenyon Road Bridge project to Tuesday

Fort Dodge, IA – The City of Fort Dodge announced Friday that the Kenyon Road Bridge project has been pushed back one day and will now be starting on Tuesday, Mar. 21.

The city also says that several intersections on the east end of the closure will be closed to turning traffic. The S 8th St. intersection will be closed to traffic to and from the north. Traffic flow at and around Trinity Regional Medical Center will also be affected. The lights at the Ave. C intersection will be set to a flashing red four-way stop during the project.

Traffic flow at and around St. Paul Lutheran will also be affected. The S 12th St. intersection will be closed to traffic to and from the south. This will be a three-way stop flashing red. The S 13th St. intersection will be closed to traffic to and from the north and south.

The city will issue a local alert on Monday to remind motorists.
