Humboldt man in custody on robbery and assault charges

Humboldt, IA – A Humboldt man was arrested on April 20 on charges of robbery and domestic assault dating back to March 9.

According to Humboldt Police, 40-year-old Jesse Fiferlick of Humboldt was arrested on a warrant stemming from an incident that began when a welfare checked was called by a neighbor for a female concerning threatening messages by Fiferlick. When the female answered the door, there were signs of abuse found on the female after an attempt by Fiferlick to take a phone and computer before leaving. After a warrant was put out, Fiferlick was arrested on April 20 and charged with First degree robbery and domestic abuse assault – second offense.

Bond was set for $27,000 cash only.
