Fort Dodge, IA – A Fort Dodge man has been arrested in connection with a shooting death that led to a death investigation.
19-year-old Isaac Bachman of Fort Dodge has been charged with Murder 1st Degree, a class A Felony. Bachman is accused in the shooting of 14-year-old Dakari James of Fort Dodge, who ultimately died of multiple gunshot wounds at Unity Point Trinity Regional Medical Center.
The Fort Dodge Police Department is continuing to look into the incident and encourages anyone who may have information to contact the police department, or anonymously via crime stoppers.
The investigation was assisted by the Webster County Attorney’s Office.
