Humboldt, IA – The Humboldt Wildcats defeated non-conference foe Belmond Klemme 6-1 at home Thursday night.
In the circle, Humboldt’s Reagan Lee pitched a complete game of seven innings, allowing one earned run on 4 hits while striking out five. Offensively, Lee was 2-3 with two doubles. Claire Dieleman registered a hit and courtesy runners Claire Olson and Kiera Anderson each scored two runs.
With the win, Humboldt is now 7-4 (4-1 NCC) and returns to action Friday night at home against conference foe St. Edmond. KHBT will have live coverage of the Humboldt and St. Edmond matchup starting at 7:20 p.m. with first pitch slated at 7:30 p.m.
