Humboldt, IA -The Humboldt baseball team fell in their Substate First Round game Friday night to the Gilbert Tigers 11-0 in five innings from the Humboldt High School Baseball Field.
The Tigers scored one run in the second, three in the third, two in the fourth and five in the fifth for the victory. With the loss, Humboldt ends their 2023 season at 24-5 overall.
