(KHBT) – The National Weather Service says that alongside the heat today, there is an enhanced risk, level three out of five, for severe weather across the northern half of Iowa this afternoon through tonight.
Large hail, damaging winds, and locally heavy rainfall are the main threats. The National Weather Service says to make sure you have multiple ways to receive warnings and to stay tuned for updated forecasts.
