Fort Dodge, IA – One of the two Fort Dodge men wanted in a reported shooting at the end of July remains at-large.
According to Iowa Court Documents, 29-year-old Austin Ferguson was taken into custody on Thursday on a warrant for Attempt to Commit Murder
Law enforcement is still searching for 47-year-old Jason Ferguson who is wanted for Aiding and Abetting Attempt to Commit Murder.
The charges stem from an investigation into a report on July 30 of shots fired in the area of N 14th St. and 1st Ave. N. It was then that officers located a vehicle that had been hit by gunfire.
Anyone with information on Jason Ferguson’s whereabouts is urged to contact law enforcement.
