Humboldt Co., IA – The second Chords in the Corn concert at the Humboldt County Dragway is this Saturday, August 12.
Operator of the Dragway Melanie Monson says last year was a good test run for ramping up this year’s event.
Gates open at 2:30 p.m. with local artist Tank Anthony opening up the show at 3:30 p.m. followed by Taylor Austin Dye, and Bryan Martin. Kidd G will open for headliner Chase Mathew.
New this year is a VIP area which is located at the front and center with a beverage area and bathrooms. The price of General Admission is $40 through Friday, August 11; and will increase to $55 on the day of the concert. There are currently limited VIP spots left as of Thursday afternoon, which cost $80. Tickets are available on midwesttix.com.
The Humboldt County Dragway will also have their concessions running in addition to 716 Main, who will be there. There is no outside bags, coolers, beverages or food allowed. Additionally, there no re-entry permitted at the concert.
