Humboldt, IA – This weekend marks the last few days before Halloween and many trick-or-treaters will be out the next few days. Humboldt County Sheriff Dean Kruger says trick-ort-treaters and parents should keep several safety tips in mind.
Sheriff Kruger says that drivers need to also be on the lookout.
He says that there have not been serious incidents in the county during Halloween during his tenure as Sheriff and wants everyone to enjoy a safe Halloween.
