Algona, IA – The Humboldt Wildcats girls’ wrestling team fell in their first North Central Conference dual of the 2023-24 season 48-36 at Algona High School Thursday night.
Algona used eight pins to seal the victory against Humboldt, who had a total of six pins in the dual. With a win at 135 pounds, Claire Weydert earned win number 50 of her career at Humboldt.
