Gilmore City, IA – The Mayor’s Office in Gilmore City has proclaimed an emergency parking ban due to the upcoming winter storm.
The emergency parking ban states that no person shall park, abandon, or leave unattended any vehicle on any public street, alley, or city-owned off-street parking area unless the snow has been removed or plowed from said area. The parking ban will continue throughout duration of storm and the 48-hour period following. Violators will be cited and/or fined.
