Humboldt, IA – Humboldt High School officials have announced new makeup dates for boys’ and girls’ basketball games postponed last week.
Humboldt will play at Clear Lake on Thursday with the girls’ game scheduled for 6:15 p.m. followed by the boys’ game at approximately 7:45 p.m. The NCC matchups were postponed Friday due to the winter storm.
The third time will hopefully be the charm for Humboldt against South Central Calhoun as the non-conference home doubleheader is now scheduled for Jan. 29. The non-conference tilts were originally scheduled for last Tuesday, but were cancelled due to the first weather system of the week. The games first makeup date was this past Saturday, but the second winter storm that took out the Clear Lake games forced the second postponement of the Humboldt-SCC matchup.
