Marshalltown, IA – Humboldt girls’ soccer fell 1-0 to Marshalltown in non-conference play Monday night.
The Wildcats and Bobcats remained scoreless until 4:55 left in regulation when Alexia Garcia scored the lone goal of the match for Marshalltown. The match was the second consecutive shutout of Humboldt after falling 2-0 last Thursday to Iowa Falls-Alden.

With the loss, Humboldt falls to 5-5 and faces Hampton-Dumont-CAL on Thursday.
