Humboldt, IA – Today at 5:00 p.m. is the deadline to sign up for an absentee ballot to be mailed to you.
Absentee Ballot forms can be filled out at the Humboldt County Auditor’s office. The deadline for pre-registration is also today. Individuals can still register to vote after today, but the process after today includes a few more pieces of mail to confirm residency.
As of 9:00 a.m. today, 235 people have come in-person to vote in Humboldt County with 627 ballots mailed out. There are 5,133 registered voters in the county with 17 percent of registered voters voting absentee so far.
