KHBT – The Winter Weather Advisory for the area has been adjusted to now begin at 6:00 p.m. today and run through 3:00 a.m. Tuesday.
Snow accumulations are forecast for between 1 and 3 inches for portions of central, north central, northwest, and west central Iowa. Slippery road conditions could impact tonight’s commute. Slow down and use caution while traveling.

A more significant system will impact Iowa Wednesday and Wednesday night. Moderate to heavy snowfall is possible over portions of southern Iowa.

A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for the area from 3 p.m. this afternoon to 3 a.m. Tuesday.
Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches are expected for the area in portions of northwest and north central Iowa.
