After another cold snap this weekend, it’s a good time remind you to care for yourself and make sure to limit exposure to the harsh temperatures. Frostbite can set in after only a few minutes out in the cold air. Its also the time to check on shutins and the elderly to make sure their heat is working and everything is ok. Plus animals need to be watched carefully in the cold weather Miranda Petersen of Moffit Animal Shelter explains.
