2026 Humboldt County Fair set for July 21-27

Humboldt, IA – The 2026 Humboldt County Fair runs Tuesday, July 21 through Monday, July 27, featuring seven days of 4-H and FFA competitions, livestock shows, carnival rides, family entertainment and grandstand events.

Tuesday, July 21
9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. – 4-H Exhibit Judging (Event Center)
12 p.m. – 4-H Club Booth Judging
12-2 p.m. – Clover Kids Static Judging
12-2 p.m. – Bottle Calf Interviews
6 p.m. – Fair Queen Coronation, Fair Princess, Little Miss & Mr. Contest (Grandstand, Free)
6 p.m.-Close – Scott Amusements Carnival
6-9 p.m. – $30 Carnival Wristbands

Special: Youth ages 16 and under attending the coronation receive a free carnival wristband for Tuesday evening.

Wednesday, July 22
8-8:30 a.m. – Horse Vet Check & Check-in
9 a.m. – 4-H/FFA Horse & Pony Show
9 a.m.-9 p.m. – North Event Center 4-H Exhibits Open
11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. – Sheep/Goat Vet Check
12-1 p.m. – Sheep Weigh-in
1-1:30 p.m. – Poultry Vet Check & Check-in
1:30-2 p.m. – Rabbit Vet Check & Check-in
1:30-2:30 p.m. – Meat Goat Weigh-in
5-6 p.m. – 4-H Working Exhibit Demonstration
5 p.m.-Close – Carnival
