Humboldt, IA – The city of Humboldt will see some street closures on Sunday as two separate events take place.
During the most recent meeting of the Humboldt City Council they approved two separate events to have street closures. The first event was present by Voltage Ink in downtown Humboldt who will be hosting a car, truck and bike show on Sunday from 1 pm to 4 pm. The street closure will be the 600 block on Sumner Avenue.
The second set of street closures will be for the Humboldt High School Homecoming Parade. The route for the parade will be start 2 Avenue North near Taft Elementary. The parade will head east along the road to turn southbound on 4 Street North. From there the parade will go west on Sumner Avenue and end at Bicknell Park.
Both street closures were approved as present by the Humboldt City Council.
