Humboldt, IA – Halloween is tonight across the country is with the cities of Humboldt and Dakota City setting their Trick-or-Treating times for their citizens convenience. Trick-or-Treating in both municipalities will be from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Humboldt County Sheriff Dean Kruger on what parents should do to make sure their children stay safe this spooky season.
Sheriff Kruger says to check with your local municipality to see if there is any local time for Trick-or-Treating in your area.
