Fort Dodge, IA – A Humboldt woman is in Webster County Magistrate Court to face charges of an alleged attempt of a murder for hire plot to kill her husband last year.
44-year-old Erin Rohrer, is charged with solicitation to commit murder, a Class C felony. According to the criminal complaint, Rohrer met with an unnamed individual in Fort Dodge between April 28 and Nov. 2 of last year to allegedly attempt to persuade the individual to commit the murder of her husband.
Rohrer was taken into custody at the Webster County Law Enforcement Center on Thursday. She is being held in custody on a $10,000 cash-only bond.
