Burn Ban lifted for Humboldt Co. this morning, two other area counties still active

Humboldt Co., IA – The Burn Ban put in place for Humboldt County last week has been lifted as of 10:00 a.m. this morning, according to a release by Humboldt County EMA coordinator Kyle Bissell.

Two other county burn bans are still in place as today for both Calhoun and Webster County. According to the State Fire Marshal’s website, there are currently 21 counties with burn bans still active, with an additional 8 counties having been lifted.
