Humboldt, IA – The No Contact Week for the Iowa High School Athletic Association (IAHSAA) and Iowa Girls’ High School Athletic Union (IGHSAU) takes place this week from July 27 through August 4.
The week is a designated break from all athletic activities, including camps, clinics, workouts, strength and conditioning, lessons, meetings, etc. No contact between athletes and coaches, and no athletic activities, including conditioning, are conducted.
